3 steps to get rid of blackheads

Many people are trouble with blackheads and they have tried many ways to remove their blackheads, the most common way is to squeeze the blackheads, but the effect is very general, and the blackheads in many places cannot be disposed of. I used to squeeze blackheads, but I found that except for the blackheads on the nose, the blackheads elsewhere are difficult to deal with. And I found some effective methods later, and now I will share them for you.
First, we should know what's blackheads?
My skin doctor said, blackheads are just an oxidized mix of oil and dead skin cells that are sitting in pores — the exposure to air is what causes them to oxidize and turn black.
What cause blackheads?
It happens due to these reasons: oil, dead skin, dirt. If you have unhygienic habits or you have oily skin, this causes the pore to clog and can be a potential cause for a whitehead or blackhead to form.
So how to get rid of your blackheads? There are three steps for you!
Step 1: Steaming your face

The facial steam very recommends, when steam is applied to the face, opening up your pores can soften blackheads, making them easier to remove. And there are many other benefits of steaming face.
Step 2: Using a blackhead remover tools, recommend blackhead vacuum
Blackheads Vacuum is a popular blackhead remove tool, if you want to fast remove your blackhead, it is recommended. Blackhead vacuums are small handheld devices that use concentrated suction to extract blackheads at their source without the risk to your pores that comes from trying to force them out by hand. It is best to use it when you finish steaming your face, easy to use and carry with lightweight.
Step 3: Put on a Face Mask

Using a mask just after the steam treatment is the best way to remove blackheads. Apply the mask on your face and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. Use warm water to wash it off. You can also use an egg to make a mask. An egg face mask can not only help prevent blackheads but also protect your skin from getting terribly greasy. And it is easy to make, you only need to prepare an egg white and 1 teaspoon honey. Mix the honey into the egg white and apply the mixture on your face. Let it dry. Keep about ten minutes and then wash off with warm water. You need to apply this mask twice a week. I also use aloe to instead the egg mask. Aloe vera gel is an extremely potent remedy for blackheads. You can pick a piece of aloe, apply the aloe on your face where has blackheads and wash your face after 10 mins.
End:
The above several methods are tried by me, and they are very effective. I think the most important method is steaming face, and then you can use the blackhead vacuum to remove the blackheads after finishing the steaming face, and finally apply the mask with a homemade mask. The effect is very good. By the way, a good hygienic habit can effectively prevent the production of blackheads. So what should you do? You can ensure adequate rest every day, exercise regularly, eat healthy food, wash your skin regularly, you can read these Natural beauty tips.
