Natural Skincare Tips

If you want to a natural skincare, you 'd better read these tips, very effective!

Drink much water

I have noticed a big difference in the way my skin looks when I started to drink more water. I normally drink 2 liters of water a day and constantly running to the bathroom lol. I know some people who drink a gallon a day, it is all your preference.

Washing Your Face Morning and Night

I know some people who only wash their face in the morning and just go to bed at night. You are out all day in the environment, probably touching your face more than once, you wear makeup, if you talk on the phone most of the day, you have that receiver to your face all day and so on. You need to wash the day off basically lol especially if you wear makeup like myself.

Dry your face off with a clean towel or paper towel. I was guilty of drying off my face with the towel I use for my body and couldn’t figure out why my skin was breaking out and not clearing up. You need to use something clean to dry your face or you can just let it air dry. You can read how to clean your face to get more detail.

SPF

You really have to protect your skin, especially from the sun. You have to protect to all the time because you only get one. You want to look for a moisturizer with SPF or one to apply under your moisturizer.

Treat Your Skin, Exfoliate and Masks

Besides washing your face twice a day, you need to treat your skin as well. I try to exfoliate my skin at least twice a week and use masks once a week. Exfoliating your skin helps to remove the dead skin and masks have a lot of amazing benefits such as hydration, brightening, pore minimizing and so much more. You can do a face steam and use facial cleaning brush to wash your face.

Keep Your Routine Simple

I thought I had to use all these products and do all these skincare steps for flawless skin. I was using cleanser, toner, essence, eye cream, SPF, moisturizers, the Holy Spirit, setting mist and so on and it was beginning to become too much. I realized that I didn’t need all the extra steps for my skincare routine. I recently realized I can’t use eye creams now because I had a pretty bad reaction to one. It may work for some people and it may not work for others. You honestly have to do what works for you but your skincare regimen shouldn’t be so complicated. Just try some things out andu.

Does steaming your face help acne?

Regular facials with steam are wonderful skin care treatments that promote deep cleansing of pores. And increasing circulation to the face while giving that overall glowing complexion. Clogged pores are one of the key contributing factors to acne breakouts including (blackheads and whiteheads) and other certain skin infections. Whether you suffer from acne or have blemish-free skin, one of the best ways to cleanse facial pores is to steam your face. The warm steam causes your face to sweat, which opens the pores and helps soften the surface layer of dead skin cells, releasing dirt and debris that could be trapped in pores and lead to breakouts. Naturally, our bodies produce sebum which protects and lubricates the skin, but when it becomes trapped in our follicles, breakouts can occur. When steam is applied to the face, it softens and loosens pores and allows blackheads and etc. to be gently extracted from the surface of the skin by gently releasing them from follicular openings. While...

What natural products get rid of acne?

So what's the natural product? I think it is you can make it by yourself at home. There are some home remedies for acne. 1. Apply Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting apple cider, or the unfiltered juice from pressed apples. Apple cider vinegar contains several organic acids that have been shown to kill P. acnes. In particular, succinic acid has been shown to suppress inflammation caused by P. acnes, which may prevent scarring. What's more, apple cider vinegar may help dry up the excess oil that causes acne in the first place. How to Use It Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water (use more water for sensitive skin). After cleansing, gently apply the mixture to the skin using a cotton ball. Let sit for 5–20 seconds, rinse with water and pat dry. Repeat this process 1–2 times per day, as needed. It is important to note that applying apple cider vinegar to your skin can cause burns and irritation, so it should always be used in s...

The EL S618 will be the company’s newest smartphone in its rugged “S” series of devices, and even though EL mobile did not confirm when will it launch, that will probably happen soon. If you take a look at the provided image, you will be able to see a sketch of the phone, which essentially confirms that the device will include a notch at the top of the display.
