Natural Skincare Tips

If you want to a natural skincare, you 'd better read these tips, very effective!

Drink much water

I have noticed a big difference in the way my skin looks when I started to drink more water. I normally drink 2 liters of water a day and constantly running to the bathroom lol. I know some people who drink a gallon a day, it is all your preference.

Washing Your Face Morning and Night

I know some people who only wash their face in the morning and just go to bed at night. You are out all day in the environment, probably touching your face more than once, you wear makeup, if you talk on the phone most of the day, you have that receiver to your face all day and so on. You need to wash the day off basically lol especially if you wear makeup like myself.

Dry your face off with a clean towel or paper towel. I was guilty of drying off my face with the towel I use for my body and couldn’t figure out why my skin was breaking out and not clearing up. You need to use something clean to dry your face or you can just let it air dry. You can read how to clean your face to get more detail.

SPF

You really have to protect your skin, especially from the sun. You have to protect to all the time because you only get one. You want to look for a moisturizer with SPF or one to apply under your moisturizer.

Treat Your Skin, Exfoliate and Masks

Besides washing your face twice a day, you need to treat your skin as well. I try to exfoliate my skin at least twice a week and use masks once a week. Exfoliating your skin helps to remove the dead skin and masks have a lot of amazing benefits such as hydration, brightening, pore minimizing and so much more. You can do a face steam and use facial cleaning brush to wash your face.

Keep Your Routine Simple

I thought I had to use all these products and do all these skincare steps for flawless skin. I was using cleanser, toner, essence, eye cream, SPF, moisturizers, the Holy Spirit, setting mist and so on and it was beginning to become too much. I realized that I didn’t need all the extra steps for my skincare routine. I recently realized I can’t use eye creams now because I had a pretty bad reaction to one. It may work for some people and it may not work for others. You honestly have to do what works for you but your skincare regimen shouldn’t be so complicated. Just try some things out andu.

What's the difference between Laser and IPL hair removal?

Both laser and IPL (intense pulsed light) use light to heat the hair follicle and prevent regrowth. Both methods target the melanin in the hair follicle and permanent results can be expected from both. The key difference between laser and IPL is the type of light. What’s Laser? The  laser  is a monochromatic coherent light source, produce a very specific type of light consisting of one wavelength or color of light all going in one direction, which creates a single beam like a laser pointer. What’s ILP? IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a broadband pulsed light source, IPL at home hair removal devices produce a wide range of wavelengths of light to produce a single white flash. This light is closer to natural light and can appear with an orange/red glow when the device is flashed against the skin, like a camera flash. Professional laser treatment is working more selective and therefore the very high energy will focus on the hair follicle rather than the surrounding ski...

How do I fix pimples for good?

To treat a deep, painful pimple at home, Dr. Feely recommends the following tips: 1. DO wash your skin before treating it. Use a mild, fragrance-free cleanser, and be gentle to your skin while washing. 2. DO apply ice to reduce pain and swelling. As soon as you notice the blemish, wrap an ice cube in a paper towel and apply it to the area for five to 10 minutes. Repeat this two more times, with 10-minute breaks between icing. 3. DO apply a product that contains 2 percent benzoyl peroxide to the pimple. Available at your local drugstore, this treatment will help kill the bacteria that causes acne. Make sure you apply a very thin layer, as using too much can irritate your skin. While using this product, keep in mind that benzoyl peroxide can bleach fabrics. Avoid letting the medication come into contact with your clothing, and consider using white sheets and towels while using it. 4. DO apply a warm compress once a whitehead begins to form. To make a warm compress, soak a cl...
